The Government is asking parents to keep children at home whenever possible – schools remain open only for children who need to attend.
Mini Pathfinders Project

Mini Pathfinders Project

Year 5 and 6 enjoyed a full week of activities last week in relation to the Mini Pathfinders Project. The project aims to support young people in making positive choices.

To start the week the children created their own pizzas and had the opportunity to make smoothies choosing the ingredients themselves. They have also enjoyed 4 different sporting games, trying a range of new activities.

Another part of the week we were joined by the C.E.L.L.S project. The children took part 4 different workshops, Gun Gang and Knife Crime awareness, Drink Drug and Substance Misuse, Family Perspective and Life As A Prisoner.

Year 5 and year 6 had a fantastic and very informative week. On Friday they shared what they had been learning during their Pathfinders Project in a special assembly which the Mayor attended and they received certificates from police Sergeant Tom.
